Terms & Conditions 2026

 

Entries are open to all except individuals directly associated with the St. Mary's Parent, Teacher & Friends Association (Papakura). 

How to enter – purchase a ticket and complete the numbered ticket stub with the personal contact information required. 

There is no limit on the number of tickets an eligible individual can be purchased up to 8000 provided all conditions of entry are met.

Competition commences on Monday 25th May 2026 at 9:00am and closes on Thursday 25th June 2026 at 9:00am. No further ticket sales will occur after this time.

The winner will be chosen at random by draw with all sold ticket stubs included in the draw bucket on Friday, 26th June at 10:00. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by phone or email. If St Mary’s PTFA, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner by Friday, 10th July 2026 then the prize is forfeited, and a further draw(s) will be conducted. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

There are four (5) prizes available by draw in the following order:
1st Prize: Makita Pack (valued at $2,157) Lawnmower, chainsaw, grass trimmer bundle 

2nd Prize: Nintendo Switch 2 (valued at $967)

3rd Prize: Fuel Voucher ($400)

4th Prize: New World Voucher ($100)

5th Prize: New World Voucher ($100)

 

The winners are responsible for paying any additional costs associated with the prize. Such additional costs include but are not limited to transport, accommodation, meal costs, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals including courier of prizes to any location outside of a 30km radius of St Mary’s Catholic School (Papakura).

Prizes must be collected before Thursday 9th July 2026. Proof of purchase in form of the ticket corresponding to the winning ticket stub must be presented at time of prize collection. 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.

The raffle will be limited to 8,000 tickets with ticket numbers 0001 to 8000 inclusive. The published ticket price includes GST. 
Eligible Entry.

To be eligible for entry into the Raffle you must:

be a New Zealand resident; 
be 18 years of age or older; and
comply with any other relevant rules as prescribed in the Terms & Conditions.

St. Mary's Parent, Teacher & Friends Association (Papakura) Inc. committee members are not eligible to enter the competition.

 

Results.

Results will be held at the premises of St Mary’s Catholic School (Papakura) Friday, 26th June 2026 at 10:00. Results will be published in the school website www.stmaryspapkura.school.nz
